Love Island winner Lorenzo Alessi pursues career as a DJ post-villa
Love Island winner Lorenzo Alessi aims to become a DJ

Love Island 2026 winner Lorenzo Alessi is negotiating his first major work contract, and it has nothing to do with modelling, fashion, or television. According to reports, the 28-year-old clothing brand owner has set his sights on becoming a music star and hopes to work as a professional DJ.

Lorenzo's unexpected career move

Lorenzo and his partner Julia Majchrzak won the £50,000 prize and a wealth of opportunities following this year's series of Love Island. Each winner took home £25,000. Now, instead of pursuing a traditional reality TV path, Lorenzo is focusing on music.

A source told The Sun: "Lorenzo is hot property and had talent managers queuing up to add him to their roster. He is keen to become a DJ and absolutely loves dance music. His dad has been instrumental in helping him choose a suitable agent who could help take his career global."

The source added: "He's one of the true stars to come out of this year's series and he knows he has an amazing opportunity."

Music ambitions and agent negotiations

During his time in the villa, Lorenzo dubbed himself "Nepo Baby DJ" and created songs with other islanders that went viral on social media. It is thought Lorenzo is considering signing with an agent who also represents Ant and Dec, as well as last year's Love Island winner Toni Laites.

The sources have described Lorenzo as "incredibly marketable."

Relationship rumours after the villa

While Lorenzo's job opportunities appear to be growing, his relationship with Julia has already come under question. Just weeks after winning, the couple have been plagued by split rumours, with their absence from social media together only fuelling speculation.
