Wedding Menu Unveiled at Madison Square Garden
Delivery lorries have been photographed arriving at Madison Square Garden (MSG) in New York City, offering a glimpse into the menu for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding this weekend. The couple is reportedly combining fine dining with comfort food, with lobster and French fries among the items spotted.
Staff were seen carrying boxes into the venue labeled with lobster meat, various cuts of chicken including legs, boneless, blackened, and breasts. Additional boxes held fried foods such as French fries and thick-cut onion rings, alongside fresh produce including red and orange peppers, romaine lettuce, eggs, heavy whipping cream, and whole milk.
Krispy Kreme and Other Deliveries
A Krispy Kreme lorry was also seen pulling into the venue, though it remains uncertain whether the doughnuts are connected to the wedding, as there is a Krispy Kreme shop directly beneath the arena inside Penn Station.
Taylor Swift has previously spoken about her culinary preferences, revealing in her Vogue 73 Questions interview that she enjoys baking homemade sourdough bread and that her go-to drive-thru order consists of a cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate shake. Travis Kelce has also expressed his fondness for classic American staples, including peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and popular fast food options.
Castle and Scenic Pieces
Sources close to the wedding told TMZ that a castle is being constructed inside the arena to complement the wedding's fairy-tale atmosphere. Crews were photographed unloading large, covered scenic pieces labeled "Garden Party 1 (Scenic)" and spray-painted "GP" outside the venue.
A red carpet was laid near the garden's VIP entrance, presumably in readiness for celebrity guests including Graham Norton, Zoe Kravitz, Suki Waterhouse, Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Selena Gomez, and Benny Blanco.
Rehearsal Dinner and Ceremony Details
It remains uncertain whether the food and scenic deliveries are intended for the rehearsal dinner, rumored to take place on Thursday evening, or the actual ceremony, reportedly scheduled for Friday. According to Page Six, the rehearsal dinner will be held inside the Infosys Theater from 6 to 10:30 p.m. with just 100 guests.
Friday's reception is rumored to have 1,000 guests in attendance, starting at 3:30 p.m., followed by a cocktail hour and the ceremony at 5:30 p.m. The event is expected to conclude at 2 a.m.
