Three people have been arrested following the fatal stabbing of a man in his 20s in a Wolverhampton car park. West Midlands Police were called to Clarence Street at 3am on Sunday, where they found the victim with a chest injury.
Victim Pronounced Dead at Scene
Despite paramedics' efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, while a 66-year-old man and a 59-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Ongoing Investigation
Police stated: “Investigations remain ongoing to establish exactly who is responsible, with forensics experts examining the scene as door-to-door inquiries continue.” Officers will patrol the area in the coming days to reassure residents as the investigation continues.
