The Capital Run Club with Holland & Barrett event, organized by Global Media Group Services Limited, will take place in a London park and nearby coffee shop. All guests must accept these terms and conditions, which also incorporate venue rules and competition terms. The event includes a 5km run managed solely by the Run Operator, and the Promoter accepts no liability for the run's planning, delivery, or safety. Guests must comply with the Run Operator's terms.

Venue Entry and Requirements

All guests must present photographic ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) for entry. Guests must be 18 or older. The Promoter may alter the event programme, including start times, without liability. Wristbands are issued on entry and must be worn at all times; no re-admission is allowed. Guests must follow all safety announcements and venue rules. Prohibited items include liquids, weapons, and promotional materials. No food or alcohol may be brought in; smoking and vaping are banned. Guests may be searched, and refusal may lead to ejection without compensation. Only assistance dogs are permitted.

Cancellation and Postponement

Guests should verify the event is proceeding as scheduled. If postponed, guestlist places transfer to the new date. If cancelled or rescheduled to a date the winner cannot attend, an alternative prize of equivalent value will be provided.

Transfer Restrictions

Winners with multiple guestlist places must use one themselves and may allocate others to personal acquaintances, but not through sale or transfer. Guestlist places are non-transferable except as stated. They cannot be used for business, promotional purposes, or combined with other goods or services without written approval.

Media and Recordings

Guests may be filmed, recorded, or photographed for promotional purposes. CCTV is in use for crime prevention. Unauthorised recording equipment is prohibited; any recordings made in breach assign copyright to the Promoter.

General Conditions

Prolonged exposure to loud music may damage hearing. Guests with access requirements should specify them when entering the competition. Any issues should be reported to staff. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded; otherwise, liability is limited to the value of the guestlist place. The Promoter is not liable for indirect losses. Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy. Severability applies; third parties have no rights under the Contracts Act 1999. These conditions are governed by English law.

Run Operator's Terms

All guests voluntarily participate in physical exercise, acknowledging inherent risks. They take full responsibility for their health and agree to follow coaches' instructions. Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn. The Run Operator does not provide medical advice. By participating, guests confirm they are in good health and have no condition making participation unsafe. Participation is at their own risk, and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence is not excluded.
