Hoylake and Warrington Success

Hoylake's Ben Johnson competed in Sheffield, posting a personal best to take fourth place in the 50m Breaststroke. Warrington Masters duo Mark Jones and Josh Moniz raced at Sandwell Aquatics Centre, the venue for the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games. Jones finished the day with four golds, two silvers, and two bronze. Moniz broke the 60-second barrier to win gold in the 100m Butterfly and set personal bests in the 50m Butterfly and 50m Backstroke, finishing second in both. This serves as ideal preparation for his upcoming GB Masters Long Course event in Aberdeen next month.
