Aston Villa's 2026/27 UEFA Champions League league phase schedule has been officially confirmed, with the club opening their campaign away at Club Brugge before hosting Fenerbahçe in their first home match at Villa Park.
The Villans, returning to Europe's elite competition, will play eight matches in the revamped league phase format. Their campaign begins on Tuesday, September 8, with a 5.45pm kick-off against Club Brugge in Belgium. The first home fixture follows on Wednesday, October 14, when Fenerbahçe visit Villa Park for an 8pm start.
Home and away fixtures revealed
Villa's schedule includes four home matches and four away matches across the autumn and winter. After the opener at Club Brugge, they host Fenerbahçe, then face Norwegian side Viking at home on Wednesday, October 21 (8pm kick-off). The first away test after the opening match comes on Tuesday, November 3, when they travel to FC Barcelona for an 8pm kick-off.
Matchday 5 sees Villa travel to Galatasaray on Tuesday, November 24, with a 5.45pm start.
