MAFS Australia 2026: Which Couples Are Still Together?

Another unforgettable season of Married at First Sight Australia has concluded. Twenty-four strangers were matched by experts and faced months of challenges to discover if they could find lasting love. While MAFS Australia has a low success rate, some couples defied the odds. Alissa and David, Bec and Danny, Rachel and Steven, Stella and Filip, and Gia and Scott all reached Final Vows. Here is the complete breakdown of every series 13 couple.

Rebecca and Steve

Rebecca and Steve were the first couple to leave the experiment in 2026, exiting at the second Commitment Ceremony. Rebecca Zukowski felt “unheard,” while Steve Powell cited a “personality clash.” Both remain open to love; Rebecca is ready to date, and Steve is patient but hopeful.

Brook and Chris

Chris and Brook split at the second Commitment Ceremony after Brook placed Chris in the friend zone due to his controversial audition tape. Brook has since moved on: she is pregnant and engaged to her ex, Harry, whom she reconnected with after the show.

Julia and Grayson

Despite an instant wedding-day connection, Julia and Grayson split at the third Commitment Ceremony. Julia said they “don’t speak the same language,” while Grayson felt she wasted his time. Julia has since introduced her new girlfriend, Sasha Millar, on Instagram.

Mel and Luke

Mel and Luke left as friends at the third Commitment Ceremony, blaming their disastrous wedding day—Luke forgot the rings and arrived late. Mel felt everyone was laughing at her, and Luke admitted the poor start affected their entire relationship.

Stephanie and Tyson

Stephanie and Tyson split at the fourth Commitment Ceremony after Stephanie raised concerns about Tyson’s views on same-sex relationships and his desire for a “submissive” wife. Tyson felt his words were twisted and declared no future, returning to the Gold Coast.

Juliette and Joel

Juliette and Joel split at the sixth Commitment Ceremony after ongoing drama with Bec Zacharia. Juliette walked out, calling Joel “a dog and a pig.” There is no chance of reconciliation.

Chris and Sam

Fan-favourites Chris and Sam split during Homestay Week. Chris wrote ‘leave’ at the sixth Commitment Ceremony, and Sam ended things when Chris could not confirm his feelings. At Final Vows, they disagreed on the reason for their split.

Gia and Scott

Gia and Scott ended at the final Dinner Party. Gia wanted to leave early; Scott initially agreed but changed his mind. Gia returned to repair things, but Scott was done. Gia has since found love with Alan Wallace, a former Love Triangle star.

Bec and Danny

Bec and Danny stayed together through the experiment but split during Final Vows. Bec hoped for a fairytale ending and an “I love you,” but Danny called her his “soulmate as a friend” and prioritised a healthy relationship for future children.

Alissa and David

Alissa and David split during Final Vows. David read his vows first, stating he was walking away to preserve himself, then left Alissa to read hers to an empty room.

Rachel and Steven

Rachel and Steven made it to Final Vows but split before the reunion aired. Rachel’s fear of becoming a “burden” came true when Steven returned to Sydney and prioritised work. She felt dropped.

Stella and Filip

Stella and Filip are still together and engaged. At Final Vows, Filip proposed, and Stella declared them soulmates. They now live together.
