Summer Wolf Run Returns to Leicestershire in June 2025
Summer Wolf Run Returns to Leicestershire in June

Thousands of runners will head to the Midlands this June as The Wolf Run brings back its Summer Wolf event on June 13-14 at Stanford Hall in Leicestershire.

Event Highlights

Participants will take on a mix of mud, water and obstacle challenges across 5k, 10k and junior routes, designed for all abilities. Founded 15 years ago by brothers Charlie and Will Moreton, Wolf Run has grown from a small local event into one of the UK’s most popular outdoor challenge series, now attracting tens of thousands of participants each year.

Inclusive and Team-Focused

The Summer Wolf event is designed to be inclusive, with runners encouraged to complete the course at their own pace, often in groups known as ‘Packs’, made up of friends, families or colleagues. The course features mud pits, water crossings and climbing obstacles, with a strong focus on teamwork and support rather than competition.

Charlie Moreton, founder of The Wolf Run, said: “Summer Wolf is always a brilliant weekend. It’s about getting stuck in, having a laugh and challenging yourself, whether you’re coming on your own or as part of a group.”

Festival Atmosphere

Alongside the course, a festival-style event village will offer food, music and entertainment for participants and spectators.
