The world-famous Flying Scotsman steam locomotive is set to embark on an epic cross-country journey, and rail enthusiasts in Birmingham will have a chance to see it pass through the city. The iconic engine, built in 1923, will travel from York to Bristol via Birmingham on a special excursion on Saturday, 15th July.

According to the schedule, the Flying Scotsman is expected to pass through Birmingham New Street station at approximately 11:45 AM. It will then continue towards Cheltenham and Bristol. The train will also be visible at other locations in the West Midlands, including Coventry at around 11:15 AM and Wolverhampton at about 12:15 PM.
