Bee Car Drive to Benidorm for Hearing Help Essex

Two dedicated supporters of Hearing Help Essex are preparing to drive a bee-themed car all the way to Benidorm in a bid to raise crucial funds and awareness for the charity. Steve and Mick will take on the Rat Race 2026 challenge, an adventurous journey that will test their endurance, teamwork, and sense of adventure while supporting the vital services provided by Hearing Help Essex.

Charity Mission

The local charity is committed to improving the quality of life for people living with hearing loss across Essex. It offers information, advice, and guidance, demonstrations of assistive listening equipment, NHS hearing aid maintenance services, and practical support to help individuals remain connected and independent.

The Challenge

The pair will set off on Sunday, September 6, 2026. Every donation, no matter how small, will help the charity continue delivering these essential services to those who need them most.
