DENS, a local homelessness charity, has announced its upcoming fundraising golf day at Stocks Golf Club in Aldbury, Hertfordshire. Scheduled for Friday, October 9, the event is open to players of all abilities and offers a rare chance to play on a championship course that is usually reserved for members only.
Event details and inclusions
Participants will enjoy 18 holes on the prestigious course, along with a breakfast and a two-course BBQ lunch. The day also features a luxury auction, with all proceeds going to support vulnerable local families and individuals through DENS's community services.
The charity provides a vital pathway of care across the area, including accommodation support, therapy, employment coaching, and a local foodbank. Local businesses are also being invited to take up sponsorship packages to make an even bigger impact.
