The fifth Unique Invitational golf day, held at Birstall Golf Club in Leicester, has raised £5,000 for Hope Against Cancer, a charity that funds research benefiting patients locally and globally. More than 100 industry guests gathered for a day of sport, networking, and fundraising.
A Day of Sport and Networking
Participants from across the trade enjoyed a full day on the course before coming together for an evening meal and drinks. The event was supported by 15 business sponsors, whose contributions helped make the annual charity tournament possible.
The day concluded with an award presentation celebrating the top players on the course. The winning team comprised David Simpson, Glyn Allen, and Ricky Milstead from Winvic Construction, along with Adam Ainge from Unique.

Sunil Patel, director at Unique, expressed his appreciation for the event's success. "The Unique Invitational is a fantastic opportunity to spend time with customers, suppliers and other contacts in a relaxed setting and have an enjoyable day, while raising money for an important cause," he said.
