Members of a West Norfolk friendship group have raised £1,600 to help children who have lost a parent serving in the Armed Forces. The King's Lynn and West Norfolk Oddfellows collected the money for the Scotty's Little Soldiers charity.
Charity chosen by branch chair
Branch Chair Susan Osborne chose the cause for her 2025-26 term because the organisation's work is close to her heart. Local group members organised and took part in a variety of fundraising events throughout the year to reach the total.
Support for bereaved military children
The charity provides essential practical help and emotional support to bereaved military children and their families across the region. To find out more about the charity, visit www.scottyslittlesoldiers.co.uk.
