Educ8 Training, a Welsh training provider, has raised £13,927.15 to support Wales Air Ambulance, funding four emergency rescue missions. The charity, celebrating 25 years of service, requires £13 million annually from public donations to sustain its helicopter and rapid response vehicle operations across Wales.
Fundraising Efforts
The company organized a golf tournament, a step challenge, and festive raffles to achieve the impressive total. Staff visited Cardiff Heliport to see firsthand how their contributions would save lives. Josh Rees, senior business development manager for Educ8 Training, said: “This achievement is a testament to the generosity, enthusiasm, and commitment of everyone across Educ8 Group. From taking part in fundraising events to making donations and supporting colleagues, every contribution has helped us reach this incredible total. Impact on Lifesaving Service
Wales Air Ambulance delivers specialist NHS consultants and advanced hospital-level treatments directly to accident scenes, performing minor operations, blood transfusions, and anaesthesia before patients reach hospital.
