Details of Grants Awarded
Among the recipients, St Annes Cricket Club secured £2,000 for solar panels to reduce energy costs and environmental impact. The Creators Hub CIC gained £2,000 for accessible facilities and costume storage, enabling more inclusive arts activities. Other grants include baby loss support services to provide counselling and memory boxes, venue refurbishments for memory loss groups offering dementia-friendly spaces, and new kit for several youth football teams to promote physical activity and team spirit. A local environmental group also received funding for a community garden project that will improve green spaces and biodiversity.
