The funding comes from Hyndburn Borough Council through a government-backed initiative, aimed at helping frontline teams provide practical assistance before challenges escalate.
Funding from Crisis and Resilience Fund
The grant is part of the Crisis and Resilience Fund, designed to support organisations working directly with vulnerable community members. The charity assists hundreds of local residents each year, offering mentoring, volunteering roles, and wellbeing support.
In addition, their advisors provide financial resilience guidance and run social programmes to combat loneliness across the borough. The funding ensures these services remain available to those who need them most.
