City councillor Jex Parkin said he had received "several reports" from residents about raids on the clothing bank. He has contacted Birmingham City Council officers to "see what steps can be taken."

Coun Parkin told BirminghamLive that despite chasing officers for several weeks, the council has not provided a response about what measures can be taken. Residents continue to push for action to prevent further incidents.
