Redrow South Midlands Relaunches £12,000 Community Fund for Local Groups
Redrow Launches £12,000 Community Fund

Housebuilder Redrow South Midlands has relaunched its annual community scheme, opening a £12,000 fund to support deserving local initiatives across Milton Keynes. The developer, currently building eco-friendly family homes at Woburn View in Woburn Sands, invites groups, schools, and organisations to apply for a share of the donation pot.

Funding for All Sizes of Projects

The initiative aims to assist projects of all sizes, from grassroots sports teams needing new kits to community centres running local classes. No cause is considered too small for a share of the fund. Since its launch in 2019, the annual project has donated a total of £62,000 to worthy local causes, providing specific tools and resources for groups to continue their work.

Commitment to Thriving Communities

Emma Wetherill, sales manager for Redrow South Midlands, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be building on the success of our previous community funds with a new £12,000 pot, helping us to support even more inspiring local projects and organisations. At Redrow, we’re passionate about creating thriving communities, not just through the homes we build, but by investing in the people and groups that make our neighbourhoods great places to live.”
