On Sunday, April 25, a group of Rossendale Rotarians joined forces with the Friends of Lumb Millennium Green for their second clean-up meeting of the year. Blessed with beautiful weather, the volunteers focused on applying preservative to the fences and benches around the green, as well as planting blackberry and blueberry bushes in the Incredible Edible area. Their hard work was rewarded with well-earned food and refreshments.
Upcoming Event: Fitness and Fun
These efforts are building up to a special 'Fitness and Fun' event scheduled for Sunday, July 5, from noon to 3pm. Everyone is welcome to join the festivities and enjoy a day of activities.
