West Midlands Police have released CCTV footage of a man they are urgently seeking to identify following a reported sexual assault on a 14-year-old girl in Birmingham. The incident occurred on Sandwell Road in Handsworth at approximately 7pm on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

The teenage victim is receiving support from specialist officers as detectives continue their investigation. Authorities have conducted extensive enquiries, including reviewing CCTV footage from the area, speaking with witnesses, and carrying out door-to-door visits. The released footage shows a man wearing distinctive pale grey clothing and a cap, whom investigators are keen to speak to in connection with the case.
