Detectives in the West Midlands have issued a fresh appeal to the public, adding several new faces to the region's most wanted list in the run-up to Christmas. West Midlands Police (WMP) have stated that these individuals are unlikely to enjoy a comfortable festive season if they remain at large.
Public Urged to Help Track Down Suspects
The force regularly launches public appeals to help trace suspects who have evaded capture. While many are located quickly, some remain on the run for extended periods. Since the start of December 2025, new individuals have been added to the wanted roster. Richard Preston, aged 36, is wanted on recall to prison, suggesting a potential breach of his release conditions. He is known to have links to the Dudley area. The reference to quote is 20/11261/25.
Jamie Woodroof, 35, is sought in connection with an alleged serious assault in the Wolverhampton area. Information should be reported using crime reference 20/473972/25.
Daniel Smith, a 39-year-old with links to Wordsley, is wanted over an alleged robbery. The relevant crime number is 20/387891/25.
Paula Brown, 40, is wanted for burglary and failing to appear at court. The public should quote crime number 20/449082/25.
Lisa Hudson, aged 48, is suspected of committing a distraction burglary in Kings Heath, Birmingham, at the beginning of December. The reference is 20/464067/25.
Mason Benny, 24, is also wanted for recall to prison. He has known links to both Coventry and Birmingham. The crime number to quote is 20/459125/25.
