Noel Clarke, the 50-year-old actor known for his roles in Kidulthood and Star Trek Into Darkness, has been charged with sex offences alleged to have taken place over a nine-year period. The charges, brought by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), include two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure, reportedly occurring between 2007 and 2016.
Clarke, from Kensington, central London, is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on October 21. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that the charges were filed following an investigation that began in September 2025.

Detective Superintendent Mike Cagney of the Metropolitan Police stated: “The women connected to these charges continue to receive support from specially trained officers.” He added: “We urge anyone who has been a victim of sexual assault to contact police. Bethan David, Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS London, said: “The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to prosecute Noel Clarke with two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure.” David confirmed that the decision follows allegations made by five women in connection to sexual misconduct that took place between 2007 and 2016.

David explained that prosecutors have worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to bring the case to court and that it is in the public interest to do so. She noted that the CPS has worked closely with the Metropolitan Police throughout their investigation into the allegations.
David also emphasised the importance of a fair trial, stating: “The Crown Prosecution Service reminds everyone that proceedings are now active, and the defendant has the right to a fair trial. It is vital that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings.”
