Police are still searching for a fugitive wanted for illegal immigration offences, more than a year after an initial appeal was launched to locate him.
Warrant issued over a year ago
The whereabouts of Romanian national Marian Cosmin Vaduva remain unknown, and authorities believe he may be hiding somewhere in the United Kingdom. A warrant for his arrest was issued in Folkestone, Kent, in February last year, but he has evaded capture ever since.
Detectives have had no confirmed sightings of the 27-year-old, who is wanted for illegal immigration offences. He also goes by the name Domnul Vamaco.
Appeal for information
The charity Crimestoppers has joined the effort to find him, urging anyone who recognises him to come forward. They have listed possible locations where he could be, including Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, as well as Humberside and Norway. The crime location is listed as Dover.
