Police Hunt Tattooed Man After Rape at Midlands Station

Police are still searching for a man wanted in connection with a rape at a West Midlands train station, three months after the alleged attack. Crimestoppers has joined the appeal to help find suspect Billy Ormiston.

Distinctive Tattoos

Detectives have released a mugshot of the wanted man and shared additional information about him. Ormiston has several distinctive tattoos, including the words 'BILLY' on his left arm, 'BILLY', 'MUM', and 'RFC' on his right arm, and a half sleeve featuring a timer.

Attack at Nuneaton Station

Officers from British Transport Police were called to Nuneaton railway station shortly before 9:30 pm on Friday, March 13, after a report that a woman had been raped. The suspect is believed to have fled the scene.

Wide-Ranging Search

The search for Ormiston has been complicated by intelligence suggesting he could be in various areas across the country. He appears to have gone to ground, and his whereabouts remain unknown. At the time of the incident, the public was urged not to approach the suspect and to call 999 instead.

Crimestoppers Appeal

The charity Crimestoppers stated: "Billy Ormiston is wanted in connection to an allegation of rape." They added: "Ormiston is believed to have recently been in Coventry, Nuneaton, Atherstone, Plymouth, Weston-Super-Mare, and Cornwall. He also has links to Rugby and Scotland." In an appeal to the public, they urged: "Call us anonymously on 0800 555 111."
