Police Hunt Two Men After Hockley Murder of Ismail Younis

Police are appealing for help to identify two men who may have crucial information following the death of a man in Birmingham. Ismail Younis, 24, was found dead at a property in Richmond Road, Hockley, on August 20 last year.

Charges and Trial

Imran Uddin, 34, has been charged with the murder of Mr Younis. His trial is scheduled for August this year. West Midlands Police have released images of two men, described as potential witnesses rather than suspects, who could assist with the investigation.

Police Appeal

A force spokesperson said: "Can you help us to identify these two men? We would like to speak to them following the death of a man in Richmond Road, Hockley, on August 20 last year. The two men are not suspects but people who may have information to assist us."

"We realise the image of the man with the bike isn’t the clearest, but we hope someone may recognise who he is. Ideally, we would like the men to contact us and identify themselves to us."

Anyone who recognises either man is urged to call police on 101, quoting log 5577 of August 20. Ismail Younis, aged 24, was tragically found dead at an address in Richmond Road. Imran Uddin, 34, has been charged with his murder and is awaiting trial in August.
