Three people have been arrested following a break-in at a business in Walsall, with police recovering a bag of tools at the scene. The incident occurred on Monday, August 10, at a business on Stafford Road in Darlaston.
Arrests Made After Rapid Police Response
West Midlands Police were called to the location at just before 10.40pm. Officers arrived quickly and detained a 16-year-old boy and two men, both aged 20, nearby. The trio were found in possession of a bag containing tools, which police seized.
All three were arrested on suspicion of burglary and remain in custody for questioning. A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We've arrested three people after rapidly responding to reports of a break-in in Walsall. Officers were quickly on the scene and detained a 16-year-old boy and two men, both aged 20, nearby. We also recovered a bag containing tools."
Police Advise on Property Safety
The arrests come as police remind businesses and residents to take precautions against burglary. The spokesperson added: "The boy and men were arrested on suspicion of attempted burglary and are currently in custody for questioning."
