Toddler Falls From First-Floor Window, Air Ambulance Responds

A three-year-old girl fell from a first-floor flat window in Moreton this morning, triggering a large emergency services response. The incident occurred at around 11am on Friday, May 29, on Chadwick Street.

An air ambulance was called to the scene, along with multiple police cars and an ambulance. One witness reported seeing around five police vehicles and an ambulance before hearing the air ambulance overhead.

The child was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. Merseyside Police officers remain at the scene conducting enquiries.

The incident is thought to have taken place at a block of flats near the post office on Chadwick Street. Fortunately, the young girl is not expected to suffer any long-term harm from the fall.
