Detective Sergeant Nathan Bingham, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: 'Within minutes of responding to this report, we discovered a man with a nasty facial injury and arrested a suspect nearby. Due to this incident taking place at the location and time it did – on a busy Saturday night – we believe there will have been people who witnessed it.
