West Midlands Police are urgently appealing for the public's assistance to track down several convicted criminals who have breached their probation conditions and remain on the run, some for years. These individuals were released from prison under strict supervision but have failed to comply with requirements such as living at designated addresses, adhering to curfews, or attending scheduled meetings with probation officers.
Key Fugitives Still at Large
Among those being hunted is Dann Hudson, from Shirley, who has evaded capture for five and a half years after breaching his licence conditions. His mugshot has been viewed over 122,000 times, yet he remains at large. Florian Mihai, from Smethwick, was wanted on recall in July 2024 but still remains free two years later. Vladimir Sula, from Wolverhampton, has been on the run for over a year despite multiple police appeals.
How the Public Can Help
Detectives are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of these individuals to call 999 immediately. The police stress that these fugitives pose a potential risk to public safety and should not be approached. The West Midlands Police continue their efforts to recapture these ex-cons and bring them back to prison to serve the remainder of their sentences.
