A striking new flower display has opened to the public at Cardiff Castle, featuring more than a thousand crafted metal pink poppies. The tribute offers local people a chance to remember friends and family members who have passed away.

The display will remain open for visitors to view until August 16. Entry to the grounds is free, and the venue is located at Cardiff Castle, Castle Street, Cardiff, CF10 3RB. The opening was marked by a special launch event featuring live music and readings at the castle stage.
Local school children have also contributed themed artwork along the pathway leading to the venue, adding a personal touch to the experience.
Supporting City Hospice
