Sarah Wain has been named Carer of the Year at the Chesterfield FC Community Awards, a ceremony held at the SMH Group Stadium over the weekend. The award, sponsored by Graysons Solicitors, recognises individuals who have made a significant difference to their communities through dedication and compassion.
