Sharon Osbourne has shared a heartwarming video of herself playing with her grandson Sidney, just days before the one-year anniversary of her husband Ozzy Osbourne's death. The clip, posted on Instagram, shows the 73-year-old television personality using a garden hose to cool down the three-year-old during a recent heatwave.
Playful Garden Moment
In the video, Sharon pretends to water her plants before turning the hose on Sidney, who shrieks with laughter and runs away. He quickly returns for more, encouraging his grandmother to continue the game. Sharon captioned the post: "Sidney’s solution to the [heat]." The toddler is the son of Kelly Osbourne and Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson.
One Year Since Ozzy's Death
Ozzy Osbourne died unexpectedly at his home in Buckinghamshire on 22 July 2026, after suffering a heart attack. The Black Sabbath frontman had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2005, a condition he publicly revealed in January 2020. Sharon has described the past year as "difficult" but has also shared moments of joy with her family, including time with Sidney.
Fan Reactions
Fans flooded the comments with affectionate messages. One wrote: "So so cute." Another said: "Ahahahaha sweet Sidney, best Nana!" A third commented: "Just like his grandad," while another called him a "Mini Ozzy." One user expressed: "This is just adorable. I love the excitement in a child and the laughter. Every day is a fun day with children and grandchildren. I’m actually tearful it’s so wonderful."
Wedding Anniversary Tribute
Earlier in July, Sharon paid tribute to Ozzy on what would have been their 46th wedding anniversary. She posted a photo of their hands on Instagram with the caption: "Today would have been our 46th wedding anniversary. Instead, it is a celebration of a love that even death could not diminish. I miss your hand in mine, but I carry your love with me every step of the way. Forever my husband. Forever my heart."
Family Background
Sidney was born in 2022, months after Kelly Osbourne and Sid Wilson began dating. The couple had known each other since 1999. Sid proposed to Kelly backstage at Ozzy's final Black Sabbath concert at Villa Park in Birmingham on 5 July 2025. However, in March 2026, reports emerged that the engagement had ended.
