Jack Osbourne and his wife Aree have announced the joyful arrival of their second child together, a daughter named Ozzy Matilda Osbourne. The couple chose the name as a heartfelt tribute to Jack's late father, rock icon Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away in July last year at the age of 76.

On Wednesday, the couple shared the news on Instagram, posting a monochrome photograph of their newborn alongside a "Hello world" card that confirmed her birth date as Thursday, March 5. In his Instagram Story, 40-year-old Jack wrote, "She's arrived and she's perfect", prompting an outpouring of congratulatory messages from friends, fans, and celebrity well-wishers.
Jack and Aree, who married at the San Ysidro Ranch in California in September 2023, are already parents to three-year-old daughter Maple. Jack also has three daughters from his previous marriage to Lisa Stelly, which ended in 2019, making this his fifth child overall.

Jack got engaged to Aree, an interior designer, in December 2021, and at the time, he warmly praised her step-mom skills, saying, "Her step-mom skills make my heart so full." Speaking about the pregnancy to The Sun, Jack added, "We're super excited. It was sort of planned, I should say. It was maybe a little earlier than expected. But it's definitely something that we were wanting to pursue and somehow it happened, miraculously."
