Jack Keating has confirmed that his relationship with Sher Suarez, which began on Love Island All Stars 2026, is officially over. The couple, who met in the South African villa earlier this year, have split due to the challenges of maintaining a long-distance romance.
Split Confirmed by Jack Keating
Speaking to Goss.ie, Jack revealed the breakup, stating: "Obviously the long distance thing is a bit of an issue, but no, we’re good friends." He explained that they gave their relationship a try after leaving the villa, but their separate lives in Miami and Dublin made it difficult to sustain. "She’s in Miami, I’m in Dublin, it’s kind of two separate worlds right now. So yeah, just friends, back in the single game, it’s been great, happy to be back."
Jack declined to provide further details about the circumstances of the split, simply saying: "It kind of just ended. It’s just one of them things, we tried. It’s kind of a long distance thing." Sher has not yet commented publicly on the breakup and is currently back in Miami.
Other Love Island All Stars Breakups
Jack and Sher are not the only couple from Love Island All Stars 2026 to have parted ways. Belle and Harrison confirmed their breakup just weeks after the show's finale in February. More unexpectedly, Millie and Zac also announced their split in May 2026, a decision that surprised many fans. They cited the difficulty of long-distance dating, with Millie living in Arizona and Zac in Essex.
Despite these breakups, several couples from the series are still together, including Lucinda and Sean, Whitney and Yamen, and Scott and Leanne.
Jack and Sher's Journey on the Show
Jack Keating and Sher Suarez formed an unlikely connection during their time in the South African villa. Although they did not fully commit to each other on the show, they continued their relationship after being dumped from the island. Their romance lasted approximately four months before the distance became insurmountable.
Love Island All Stars 2026 aired earlier this year, bringing together former contestants for a second chance at love. The series featured memorable couples, but the challenges of real-life relationships have proven difficult for some.
