MAFS UK's Leah Slams Ex-Wife Leigh as 'Tasteless' After Split
MAFS UK's Leah brands ex-wife Leigh 'tasteless'

Former Married At First Sight UK star Leah has publicly condemned her ex-wife, Leigh, labelling her actions as 'tasteless' following their dramatic breakup on the show. The pair, whose relationship was fraught with tension, finally parted ways during the Final Vows ceremony, and any hope of a future friendship now appears to be completely off the table.

The Final Straw and Social Media Fallout

Leah did not hold back in a recent interview, providing a candid account of the relationship's demise. She revealed that while a post-show reunion was 'fine', the situation quickly deteriorated due to Leigh's behaviour on social media. 'She’s done a few bad things on social media and tried to throw me under the bus for some weird reason,' Leah stated, expressing confusion over the motive.

The animosity has led to a complete communication breakdown. 'We don’t talk now. I’ve got no time for her at all,' Leah confirmed, adding with finality, 'I just find it all a bit tasteless.'

Irreconcilable Differences and Disrespect

Beyond the online drama, Leah pointed to a more personal and persistent issue that drove a wedge between them: Leigh's vaping habit. Leah, a non-smoker, had specifically requested a non-smoking partner on the show. She claimed Leigh was unwilling to compromise, vaping '24/7' throughout the experiment.

This habit culminated in what Leah perceived as a profound lack of respect. 'Sitting in bed at 3am and smoking vape in my face – there’s an element of disrespect in that,' she explained. This daily friction, combined with their other issues, made a harmonious relationship impossible.

Moving On: A New Romance with a Football Star

Despite the acrimonious end to her TV marriage, Leah has firmly moved on. In the same interview with Nonchalant magazine, she confirmed she is now in a new relationship with Everton footballer Maz Pacheco.

She revealed that they have known each other for 13 years, having kept in touch intermittently on Instagram. 'We kinda hooked up when I come out of the show properly and yeah it's been really really nice,' Leah shared.

She praised her new partner for her supportive nature, especially during the challenging period when the show aired. 'It's nice because it's just somebody that just gets me for me,' Leah said. 'She's fun. She's got a thing going on as well... she's really really supported me throughout this whole journey.' This new chapter stands in stark contrast to her experience with Leigh, marking a fresh and positive start for the MAFS UK star.
