The famous red Coca-Cola Christmas Truck has revealed its next port of call on its 2025 UK tour, bringing its signature festive magic to the town of Ipswich. This annual tour, which transforms locations into winter wonderlands, is a much-anticipated highlight of the holiday season.
Ipswich Welcomes the Festive Lorry
The next confirmed stop for the iconic Coca-Cola Christmas Truck is Ipswich. The vehicle will be visiting the Suffolk town for a weekend of festive fun, making two separate appearances to allow as many people as possible to experience the spectacle.
The tour schedule for Ipswich is now set. The truck will first appear on Friday, December 5, stationed at the Kingfisher pub on Hawthorne Drive. It will then move to a second location on the following day, setting up at the Waitrose on Crane Boulevard.
At both stops, the winter wonderland will be open to visitors from 12 pm until 8 pm. This eight-hour window provides ample opportunity for families and friends to visit after school or work and enjoy the atmosphere in the daytime or under the early evening lights.
Experiences and Nationwide Tour Details
Those who make the trip to see the truck can look forward to a complimentary ice-cold drink, choosing from Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, or Coke Zero. A popular interactive feature allows guests to create personalised Christmas baubles using photos taken with their loved ones at the scene.
The 2025 tour is a substantial nationwide journey, with the truck scheduled to visit a total of 15 destinations across the country. Prior to the Ipswich announcement, the tour had already brought cheer to several major towns and cities including Burton-upon-Trent, Bradford, Manchester, and Liverpool.
Spreading More Than Just Holiday Cheer
Beyond the fairy lights and free drinks, the campaign has a significant charitable heart. Coca-Cola has partnered with FareShare, the UK's leading food redistribution charity. As part of this initiative, the company has announced a substantial donation of 1 million meals to support the charity's vital work.
FareShare fights both hunger and food waste across the nation, supplying food to a network of over 8,000 charitable organisations. This means the festive tour's impact extends far beyond the immediate joy it brings to each stop, contributing to a vital cause during the winter months.
