Drayton Manor has announced its Magical Christmas event for 2026, featuring a spectacular lake show with a 30-metre illuminated water screen and over 65 water jets. The event runs on selected dates from November 28 until Christmas Eve, with early bird tickets starting at £22.50 per person when booked before the end of September.
Lake Spectacular and Festive Attractions
The centrepiece is a water, fire, light and music show over the lake, described as 'the perfect finale' to a festive family day out. Visitors can also enjoy a 'magical journey' through twinkling decorations on the Festive Sodor Railway, marshmallow toasting, and a packed entertainment schedule with musical performances throughout the day.
Children have the chance to meet Father Christmas in the grotto and receive a gift to take home. There is also an Aladdin Pantomime show, featuring classic characters, songs and Christmas comedy fun.
Rides and Inclusions
Tickets include access to more than 25 rides and attractions at Thomas Land, as well as additional selected rides such as family favourites the Jolly Buccaneer and the Bounty Pirate Ship. Extra festivities are available to enhance visits, starting at just £5.
Award-Winning SEND Grotto Returns
The park's award-winning SEND Grotto also returns this year, offering a sensory-friendly experience designed for children with additional needs. Available every Saturday throughout the event, it provides a more relaxed, calmer visit with reduced sensory stimulation, including extra time with Father Christmas in a fully wheelchair-accessible setting, allowing families to experience the grotto at their own pace.
