This special release from the Royal Mint celebrates 75 years of mischief since Dennis first appeared in Beano issue 452 on March 17, 1951.

The collaboration between the Royal Mint and Beano showcases Dennis wearing his famous red and black striped top alongside his trusty dog Gnasher. A selection of the coins feature vibrant color printing, which vividly brings the iconic characters to life on the collectible piece.
Rebecca Morgan, director of commemorative coin at The Royal Mint, expressed enthusiasm about the design. "There's something wonderfully fitting about this legendary mischief-maker finally making his mark on a collectible 50p," she said. "This coin captures everything we love about him, that unmistakable mischievous grin, his furry pal Gnasher by his side and that irresistible spirit of rebellion that has made him a favourite across generations."

The coin is available directly from the Royal Mint's official website, with the standard brilliant uncirculated version priced at £15. For collectors seeking something more distinctive, color versions of the coin are offered for £25. Additionally, starting from February 26, visitors to the Royal Mint Experience in Llantrisant, South Wales, will have the unique opportunity to strike their own Dennis the Menace 50p coin.
