The dramatic clash comes after Julia-Ruth previously labelled Nelly as "needy" and "insecure" during the couples retreat dinner party.

The tension reached boiling point during Sunday's episode (9th November) when it was revealed that Julia-Ruth had been secretly messaging Steven just two days after he left the experiment. The messages showed they were planning a date together, confirming Nelly's long-standing suspicions about their connection.
