New Tea Shop to Open on Birmingham's New Street

Bird and Blend, an award-winning tea mixology company, will open its first Midlands store at 39 New Street, Birmingham, on Friday, June 26, replacing the former Claire's Accessories. The shop will be located next to Lloyds Bank, which is currently undergoing refurbishment.

What the Store Offers

The new store will be staffed by tea mixologists who are experts in tea and will offer a wide range of drinks and tea accessories, including bottles and pots. According to the brand's website, the tea mixologists can guide customers through their famous wall of tea, which features 100 loose leaf blends, including award-winning Sticky Chai, Strawberry Lemonade, and Great British Cuppa. They can also prepare iced teas or tea lattes.

Opening Hours and Eco-Conscious Mission

The shop will be open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and from 11am to 5pm on Sundays. Bird and Blend describes itself as an 'eco conscious, independent, people-focused, award winning Tea Mixology Company on a mission to spread happiness and reimagine tea'.
