Birmingham Botanical Gardens to Host 80s Silent Disco for One Night
Botanical Gardens Hosts 80s Silent Disco in July

Birmingham Botanical Gardens is set to host a unique 1980s silent disco this July as part of the Silent Discos In Incredible Places tour. The Victorian gardens, which date back to the 1820s, will be transformed for one night only on Saturday, July 18.

Event Details

DJs will play classic 80s hits across three different channels through headphones, meaning partygoers may be dancing to different beats simultaneously. The gardens will be 'illuminated like you've never seen it before' for the adults-only event. Recognising that many who remember the actual 80s might prefer an earlier finish, the disco runs from 7pm to 10pm.

Tickets and Availability

Tickets are priced from £30.86 and are available now. The event showcases how the Botanical Gardens has moved with the times, offering modern experiences within its tranquil Victorian setting.

Other Activities at the Gardens

The gardens regularly host diverse activities including Garden Yoga, sunset soundbaths, and seasonal artisan markets. Later this summer will bring outdoor cinema screenings and theatre productions, followed by the popular Luminate Light Trail in winter. The silent disco represents the latest innovation at one of Birmingham's finest attractions, blending heritage with contemporary entertainment.
