Yorkshire Youth & Music, a Huddersfield-based charity that supports young people facing barriers to music-making, has significantly upgraded its dedicated studio space. The charity received a generous donation of professional acoustic panels from Autex Acoustics, along with timber supplied by Slaithwaite-based Shaw Timber to mount them. The new panels have been installed across two rooms at the charity's Safe Space Studio in Huddersfield, improving acoustic quality, minimising noise transfer, and reducing sound bleed between rehearsal and recording spaces.

Yorkshire Youth & Music is a community music and arts education charity that reaches young people facing challenging circumstances, including those with special educational needs, children with disabilities, and youngsters in youth justice settings. The Safe Space Studio at The Media Centre serves as a dedicated space where young people across Huddersfield and Kirklees can make music seriously, often for the first time.
