Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury are set to announce their newborn son's name to the world this weekend, ending weeks of intense speculation. The influencer, 27, gave birth to her second child earlier this month, sharing the joyful news with her Instagram followers on 4 June through a sweet black-and-white photo of herself in hospital with her baby, Tommy, and their three-year-old daughter Bambi. The caption read: "...and then there were 4."
Baby Boy Arrival
Four days later, the former Love Island star posted a heartwarming video of the couple's two children meeting for the first time, revealing that she and Tommy had welcomed a son. Until then, they had kept the gender a secret throughout Molly-Mae's entire pregnancy. "There's your little brother?" she wrote alongside the clip, which showed Bambi cradling the newborn in her arms and kissing him softly on the head.
Name Announcement Plans
Since the birth, Molly-Mae has kept her son's name under wraps, but reports claim the couple have big plans for the reveal. An insider told The Sun that Tommy will unveil the name on Saturday, 13 June, during his fight against former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall. The source explained: "The little man's name will be on Tommy's shorts at his fight along with Bambi's. That's how they are going to announce it to the world." The shorts will be two-toned, and the idea was Tommy's, with Molly fully on board.
The insider added: "Now the little fella is here it's a no-brainer — what better way to announce his name than on his dad's boxing shorts. Molly is now obsessed with it — she's hoping to be there. They're working out the walk outs at the minute because that's when it will be revealed, with music and blue fireworks — it will be cool. It should be a really nice moment for them."
Event Details
The pay-per-view event starts at 6pm on Saturday, with the main event scheduled just after 10:30pm at Manchester's AO Arena. The fight will be broadcast live on DAZN PPV, and fans can expect updates on the name reveal through reports on the day.
Hint About the Name
In her final YouTube vlog before giving birth, Molly-Mae hinted at what her son's name could be, saying: "I think people are going to be a bit disappointed. Upon reflection, I don't actually think it's that crazy, but I know people are going to pronounce it wrong." She has already shared the name with friends and family, many of whom have pronounced it "completely wrong." She added: "I think if you know this word or the name, you would just pronounce it how it is. For me, I just see it exactly what it is."
The couple, who already have daughter Bambi, are embracing life as a family of four. Molly-Mae has been soaking up the newborn bubble, sharing glimpses of their new arrival on social media.
