Mischief, the award-winning troube behind The Play That Goes Wrong, rewrites ancient history with a brand-new musical comedy titled Thespians. Set in 534 BC, Greece's smallest island battles to avoid defeat in a nationwide prayer competition orchestrated by a thin-skinned tyrant, where the loser is executed. When Thespis accidentally invents acting, the world's first play is born, marking the origins of theatre. The show promises an uplifting, hilarious escape into Ancient Greece with song, love, and laughter.
