Winter Funland, the UK's largest indoor festive wonderland, is returning to the NEC in Birmingham this December, and tickets are already on sale with a special payment plan option. For the second consecutive year, organizers have frozen prices to help families manage costs amid the rising cost of living.
Event Details and Dates
Now in its sixth year at the NEC, Winter Funland will run from December 5, 2026, to January 2, 2027. The event offers unlimited funfair rides, ice skating on a giant rink, circus shows, an extreme motorbike display, and diving on the world's biggest bouncy castle—all included in the ticket price. Returning favorites include dodgems, twister, waltzers, the big wheel, Ice Maze, crazy golf, and dozens of children's rides. Santa and his elves will also be mingling with families for photos.
Visitors can enjoy a festive food hall with vegan and Halal options, bars, pick and mix stalls, and cocktails. Event manager Glen Ramsey said: "It might be summertime, but for us, Christmas is always in the planning, and we can't wait to deliver Winter Funland once again. We have thousands of families come back year after year and we love how we are now a firm part of their Christmas traditions."
Ticket Pricing and Payment Plans
Special payment plan tickets are available now, allowing families to spread the cost over three monthly installments. A Family Ticket for four costs £161.17 including booking fee, payable as £66.43 then two payments of £47.37. Single tickets cost £41.23 (first installment £16.97, then two of £12.13). All other tickets go on sale July 31, 2026.
Ramsey added: "The cost of living is getting tougher and we want to make it as viable as possible for families to make some lovely Christmas memories with their children and grandkids. By putting out a payment plan and early sale of tickets, it helps families who might be struggling to make it doable. And once you are here, all the rides, shows, ice-skating and bouncy castle are included in your ticket price so there's plenty to do without having to spend a fortune on extras. Barring food and stalls, everything is included in the ticket price. If we charged individually for our shows and rides it would cost four times what we charge."
Booking Information
Early booking tickets with the three-month payment plan are available via Ticketline. General release tickets are available from July 31 through official partners Klicket and Ticketline. Children under three go free but require a ticket. Carers (family or paid helpers supporting someone on DLA or PIP) also go free with proof of eligibility, though a paying guest ticket is required to accompany them. For group bookings of 25 or more, email groups@winterfunland.com. Car parking must be booked directly with the NEC.
