A mother from Liverpool has shared a harrowing account of how her quest for a perfect smile in Dubai turned into a costly and painful nightmare, leaving her with serious dental complications and a stark warning for others.
The Allure of Overseas Dental Work
Jade Morgan, a 36-year-old mother of three, was inspired by social media to pursue porcelain veneers for cosmetic enhancement. Seeking what she believed would be a more affordable option, she traveled to Dubai for the procedure, paying £2,800 for the treatment itself, excluding additional expenses for flights and accommodation.
However, the experience quickly soured. Jade reported that she did not even meet the dentist she had booked with initially.
