Survey Methodology and Key Findings
The national survey asked patients to evaluate their GP surgeries across several categories, including quality of care, ease of contacting the practice by phone or online, and appointment booking. An overall rating of very good, fairly good, fairly poor, or very poor was then given. The top 20 surgeries, listed below, all received at least 91% positive ratings.
