Two Birmingham GP surgeries have achieved near-perfect patient satisfaction ratings, placing them among the top practices in the country. The results come from the national GP Patient Survey for 2026, which asked locals to rate their doctors across various aspects of care.
Top-Rated Surgeries in Birmingham
Queslett Medical Centre in Great Barr and Dr Kulshrestha Summerfield Family Practice in Winson Green both received a 97% approval rate. This means nearly all patients rated their overall experience as good or very good, putting these practices among the very best in the UK.
Survey Details and Other High Performers
The annual survey focuses on GP performance and overall experience, including quality of care and ease of contacting the practice by phone or online to book appointments. Several other West Midlands surgeries also achieved top scores: The Ridgeway Surgery in Sedgley, The Sheldon Medical Centre, and Cotmore Surgery in Great Barr all earned 96% approval. Handsworth Medical Practice followed closely with 95%.
