Each apartment will feature an open-plan kitchen and living area, with separate bedrooms and a bathroom.

Block B Details

'Block B' will be located towards the rear of the site and will comprise eight one-bedroom apartments over two floors, served by a centrally positioned shared entrance corridor. The apartments will also have an open-plan kitchen and living area, with separate bedroom and bathroom.

Block C Conversion

In addition to these two blocks, plans for 'Block C' involve a pair of semi-detached dwellings to the immediate west of the site beyond an existing substation. The proposal includes a two-storey rear extension and conversion into two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments. The existing garage is also earmarked for extension.

Parking and Amenities

Vehicle access to the site will be via a new way running parallel with the southeast boundary, providing 20 car parking spaces. The main parking area will be enclosed by areas of shared amenity space, with further amenity space to the north of Block B. Dedicated bin storage areas and cycle stores are also proposed.

Wolverhampton City Council granted permission for the application by Mr. Bansal of Proimage Ltd on April 30, in accordance with the approved plans and drawings, subject to outlined conditions.
