Construction on New Street commenced in early January, with the initial phase originally scheduled for completion on Thursday, April 16. However, as of the latest updates, not all of the new paving has been installed, and workers remain on site to continue the project. The overall regeneration plan is structured into six phases and is expected to take approximately two years to fully complete, with various sections of New Street also slated for refreshment.
